Allana participated for Australia in Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries made her miss several seasons before switching to the Rugby League. Allana made her women's debut in the league game against Queensland for New South Wales. Allana is also a regular radio presenter, appearing frequently as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana has a full teaching certification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson has the unique privilege of representing Australia in three sports including the rugby sevens (rugby league) as well as touch rugby union.
